Manufacturing Tolerances
Products may carry a size tolerance depending on the style and job. Please see our Tolerance Table.
Standard Sheet Sizes/Quality
Standard sheets of foam are cut slightly larger than the listed size to compensate for shrinkage during packaging, transit, and delivery. Sheets may contain rough edges. Any yellowing/discoloration of the foam is a byproduct of exposure to air and light and does not represent a flaw, damage, or defect in the material.

Foam seems to be great quality, time will tell. Great shipping and price. This foam was almost too firm for a pushback recliner, but I think we'll get used to it. Much better than sinking to the floor. This was my first time working with foam, I'm just a DIY-er.
P.S. this foam cut great with a bandsaw to get a nice edge.

I bought a new recliner couch made by Flexsteel and the foam inserts they put in their furniture is below par for what they charge for high quality prices. It took less than 3 months for the seats to start dipping in and being uncomfortable.
I bought this and what and what a difference it made. This is what Flexsteel should probably be putting in their units. I am going to do the recliner unit that has the cup holders next as they have the same issues. My recliners are less than 7 months old.

I replaced the factory foam in the dinette seat cushions in my RV. The 5 inch Lux HQ Firm Foam was exactly what was needed. Easy to cut with a large, serrated knife. Used the leftover piece to replace the foam in a small loveseat cushion and was very satisfied.

I got this foam to reupholster a bench my 100 lb dogs jump on. I had reupholstered it before with the basic foam from my local fabric store, and it broke within a month. Comparing the two, this foam is noticeably stronger and more durable. Highly recommend!

I have been ordering from the Foam Factory over the years as my furniture revolves. But I must say, the furniture outlasts my needs because of the durability and quality of these cushions. I kind of feel sad for people who don't know about this place, FF is an enormous money saver, a good cushion replacement compared to new furniture ... not a hard decision. I replaced my porch chairs cushions with this; the cushions that came with the furniture were much too soft and mostly dacron. What a difference! Not only did these cushions provide a much better sitting arrangement, but made the covers look so much better. The size was cut to specs and delivery was earlier than expected. Little pricey but worth it.

I have some minimal upholstery experience. There was a time when I ordered foam from Amazon - and then I discovered the Foam Factory. Not only does the vast majority of foam from any vendor on Amazon pale in a quality comparison to what Foam Factory offers, but Amazons foam is substantially more expensive; usually double the price. I will never look anywhere else for foam. Please continue being the best, Foam Factory!!

We needed a workout bench with enough space to do the exercises you would normally do on the floor. Hubby built a low bench and we decided on this foam to provide the cushion. It is perfect. Thick enough to keep from feeling the plywood underneath and firm enough to do the exercises needed. I bought a full sheet because you can always use extra for seat cushions. Package arrived in good condition and no issues with the foam.

I used this 4” foam to replace the terrible foam in my dinette seats in my rv. No more sitting on a board!!!! This foam is really good quality and does what it says. Easy to cut(we used an electric knife) and to put back into covers.It was shipped quickly. We are very happy customers.

I was poised to purchase a new sofa because I couldn’t stand how terrible the cushions had become on our current couch. I prefer a very firm seat, and that is apparently quite uncommon unless custom ordered. This foam is absolutely perfect for what I needed, and I was able to breathe new life into my old sofa for a fraction of the cost. (Even when new, this sofa never felt so great sit on)

I recently saw Keep Your Daydream You Tube family replace the cushions in their Airstream and decided to order. The service was terrific. My shipment came right onetime and I completed the job in about 90 minutes. That is the first time I've replaced cushions and it was easy as can be! Excellent firmness and we are happy with the comfort after sitting on workout cushions for last 5-6 years.

The new foam turned my RV's dinette cushions from instruments of torture to something far more pleasant to sit (and sleep) on. In retrospect I wish I had ordered the even firmer top-of-the-line, foam, but what I did get is a massive improvement over the dismal foam that the RV manufacturer used.

I could not believe the difference in my reupholstered chairs once I replaced the worn out seat cushions with this foam. They were easy to cut myself with a serrated bread knife and then spray glue on the fiber-fill material that I also ordered from Foam Factory. I was ready to donate the chairs after all the expense and hard work of reupholstering them. I found the Foam Factory website and read all their material on foam to educate myself on which product that I needed. I still wasn't sure a 4 inch piece of foam could transform a chair but I was so wrong. It did make the chairs "new" again and I am so happy. I love buying from a company that takes the time to include well written product information to educate their customers!
