Previous cushions were really deflated after 10 years, but the fabric covers were still fine. The new replacement cushions are great; firmer than the original but my back is happy with that! Helpful tips for measuring made the fit perfect.

Getting five stars from me for anything is very difficult. This was a bit firmer than I expected, and I like firm, yet I think it's a bit too firm. I suspect it will soften a bit up after a month or so of usage and exposure to the elements. Shipping was good, packaging was good. Order time to delivery time was excellent. The tips offered to get a perfect measurement were excellent. I would have been off by a 1/2 on each of the two cushions if I went by measuring the existing foam. The Dacron Wrap was good quality and perfectly wrapped, no taring or sliding of the wrap during install.

My kitchen chairs were getting deflated after 10 years, so instead of paying $30 a piece for replacement foam from a craft store, I KNEW Foam Factory would have what I needed, and BLAMMO! just like that, I ordered them, they were ready in 4 days, and they fit right over the existing cushion seamlessly, and provide the perfect amount of support. Got the 5" thick cushions with the extra wrap (I forgot what they call it- it adds a bit softness) and while I have yet to put them into use as I am still working on making the covers, they seem to be a VERY sturdy, high quality & well made product that I expect should easily last for several years. Very firm foam unlike anything I have ever seen in stores.

We bought some rather expensive outdoor furniture from West Elm a year or so ago, and have been very disappointed in the cushions that came with them. They are very thin and you may as well be sitting on wooden slats. I was apprehensive about trying the dry-fast foam, fearing it would be similar to what came with our furniture, but it is a SUBSTANTIAL improvement. It is firm, supportive and extremely comfortable. I only ordered a small one to begin with, but it was perfect and I have since ordered the larger cushions to fit our set.
