Features

With a focus on durability and longevity to last, our cross-linked polyethylene 6LB charcoal foam is a great solution for your next project. Made with a closed cell nature which makes it exceptionally high performing, this solution can be used for a wide range of applications.

As a chemically cross-linked foam, this solution is ideal for a wide range of projects or applications requiring a thicker, more durable foam. This cross-linked polyethylene 6LB charcoal is an extremely fine-celled foam with a smooth, pleasant feel combined with superior physical and chemical properties for an overall quality and performance that is unmatched. The higher density also means extra durability and protection against wear and tear. The color of the foam also helps to present a clean appearance that hides dirt. This foam can be used in several areas and applications which adds to its versatility and value. For instance, this solution can be used in commercial needs such as thermal insulation, construction expansion joints, and industrial gaskets, as well as for packaging and flotation equipment thanks to the low moisture permeability and high buoyancy of the material. High quality foam delivered in timely fashion. Used it to "nest" hand tools in the toolkit of a vintage Rolls-Royce for a client.

Better than expected
Christopher Miller | September 17th, 2024
I use this for archery backstops behind styrofoam targets. I originally bought the 1/2", which worked well. When an arrow did punch through, it didn't go in very far and the hole "self healed" when I pulled it out. I stepped up to the 3/4" and have been extremely pleased. This stops bullet tip arrows fired from a 50# bow with no more than the tip of the arrow penetrating the foam after passing through the styrofoam. I expect these backstops to last a long time, but will definitely purchase from this vendor again when they finally wear outl.

I use this for pedal retention on guitar effect boards and it works exactly like I had hoped it would. Strong, durable and flexible.
Very Consistent

I use this primarily for theater props and costuming, and being able to select my thickness and/or density while still knowing what quality to expect is a huge plus! My one-stop-shop for foam supplies!

I use this foam primarily for costuming. It's great to work with, fairly durable and is a great price for the amount you get. Has virtually no imperfections and fast service with good clarity on the materials. Keep up the good work!
