You must have your receipt in order to make any warranty claims or returns. Your receipt is the packing slip that comes with your shipment. The rules for returning are as follows:

Manufacture's Warranty
-We will replace your slow recovery mattress (within 15 years for Pink, and 10 years for white) or slow recovery topper (within 10 years for Pink, and 7 years for white) if it fails to recover or forms permanent dents. (Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return & receive the slow recovery mattress or slow recovery topper.)
30 Day Guarantee
-Our slow recovery mattresses and toppers have a Guarantee of 30 days after the ship date. The product may be returned for any reason in factory condition for a full product refund, minus any shipping fees. Offer not valid for in-store pickup and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Offer also not valid if product is resized or reshaped.

10 Year Warranty
-We will replace your latex mattress or topper within 10 years if it collapses. (Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return & receive the latex mattress or latex topper.)
30 Day Guarantee
-Our latex mattresses and toppers have a Guarantee of 30 days after the ship date. The product may be returned for any reason in factory condition for a full product refund, minus any shipping fees. Offer not valid for in-store pickup and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Offer also not valid if product is resized or reshaped.
All other foam products may not be returned for any reason other than what is stated below,
Mistake in Order
-If there is a mistake on your order, return the foam back to our location so that the error can be corrected. We will reimburse you for all ground S&H costs.
Mistake in Size
-All foam dimensions are only accurate to within 1/2" for seats & cushions and 1" for mattresses. (Sound proofing foam has a range of 2") If any foam you order with specific dimensions is outside this range, you will receive store credit (after you return the foam in factory condition), and we will cover any shipping charges.
Authorized Return
If we do authorize a return through no fault of ours, there will be a 25% restocking fee, plus customer covers ALL shipping charges.
Authorized Exchange
If we do authorize an exchange, customer covers ALL shipping charges.
Foam returned / exchanged must be in factory condition, including but not limited to no dirt, stains, glue residue, cuts or tears.
Making a Return
All returns must have a receipt in order to make any warranty claims or returns. Your receipt is the packing slip that comes with your shipment.
1A.) If there is a mistake with the order, ship the foam back to us, and we will reimburse you for ground shipping charges.
1B.) If you return defective foam, customer pays for shipping charges.
2.) Please call & accurately give your name, invoice number, date of invoice and when you will be returning the foam.
3.) Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 10 - 15 business days for your return to be processed.
Customer is responsible for shipping in the following case.
1) Returning defective foam before their warranty.
Please also note that some items may cost more than $100 to return.
NOTE: Foam Factory Inc. cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for your protection, please insure all returns.

What is your privacy policy?
We will store all information except for payment information (ie. credit card number) The information, such as name, address, is stored on a computer that rarely online (once every couple months) and will ONLY be used when your place another order. This information will NOT be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. If you have any questions, you can always Contact Us.
ALSO: Because we do not store credit card information, all orders are charged when they are placed. This is done to pay for the raw materials, and reduce the risk of stolen credit card information.
How long does it take my foam to ship out?
After we receive your order, it typically takes about 3-5 business days to process, and 5-6 business days to ship (UPS GROUND). For quicker shipping, please call us for quotes. Custom orders will take about 5-10 business days to process.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Foam Factory Inc. accepts the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money orders.
Why do you or don't you charge sales tax?
Most states require that taxes must be collected on sales transactions between residents and merchants that are both physically located in that state. We are located in Michigan. When we ship orders to residents in the State of Michigan, we are required by law to collect the applicable state sales taxes and pay them to the taxation authority in Michigan. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Our online credit card system allows you to enter your information directly into our bank. Its is only used once and that's it. We never see your credit card number, and its never stored in our computers. Ever!
What is the difference between open cell & closed cell foam?
The structural difference between Open Cell Foam & Closed Cell Foam is that Open Cell foam has cells that open up to each other. Closed Cell foam has cells that are completely closed off from one another. The diagram below visually shows this description.
What is the NRC Rating?
You can judge a foam's absorptive effectiveness by studying its NRC, or Noise reduction coefficient: A single-number rating system used to compare the sound-absorbing characteristics of building materials. It usually ranges from 25Hz to 2kHz.
What is the STC Rating?
Sound transmission class (STC): A single-number rating system used to rate how effective a product is at being a sound barrier. It also compares the sound-isolating characteristics of partitions used to separate occupied spaces.
Delayed/Late Shipments: Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. Foam Factory will not pay any forwarding costs on shipments.
Typographic, Photographic & Technical Errors: Although we will try our best to create our website to be 100% accurate, on occasion errors and inaccuracies do occur. If you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please contact us about the mistake so that it can be corrected.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: Foam Factory Inc will not have any liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages, or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to our products, even if Foam Factory or an authorized representative of Foam Factory has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
